I am now open on Wednesday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-6.15pm.  This is while the new guidelines are in place.

Treatments available at are 45 minutes sports or remedial massage, therapeutic massage or reflexology.  Appointments must be booked in advance.

Myofacial Release and Hot Stone Massage are not available at the moment.  I hope to be able to put them back on soon.
