Online 1-2-1 Mat Pilates Class

This class is suitable for total beginners or for anyone returning to Pilates after a long break. It’s a great way to build confidence with Pilates.  Start to work with the principles of Pilates and become aware of your posture. Notice where the restrictions to movement are in your body. Wake up your deep core muscles.

The cost of the 1-2-1 Pilates class online is at a special reduced price. The online class will be available until face to face classes can return to the indoor environment.

Online Pilates classes can be booked on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at various times.
