Massage Therapy has many different forms for example Sports Massage is useful for anyone involved in sport where as treatments such as Reflexology are deeply relaxing helping to reduce stress levels and boost wellbeing. Some of the most common massage therapy techniques used in both sports and remedial massage are Effleurage, Tapotement, Petrissage, Friction and Vibration. More advanced techniques such as soft tissue release, neuromuscular technique and assisted stretching are often used for a more effective treatment.
